Experative provides professional cycle training services in Mumbai for kids, adults, women and senior citizens. Services include centre-based sessions at our Kandivali East facility and home-based sessions where the trainer travels to the client's location across Mumbai.
Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is due per session or as a package payment before or after the first session as agreed. Accepted methods: cash and UPI. No advance payment is required to secure a booking slot. Package payments are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice via WhatsApp at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being counted as used for package customers. Experative reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to trainer unavailability or weather conditions at no charge to the client.
Experative provides full safety gear at every session. Clients and guardians are responsible for ensuring the learner is in appropriate health to participate. Experative trainers will not conduct sessions for learners who appear unwell or who have undisclosed health conditions that could pose safety risks. Experative is not liable for injuries resulting from the learner's non-compliance with trainer instructions or from use of the client's own cycle if found to be unsuitable.
Clients with pre-existing health conditions (cardiovascular conditions, joint problems, diabetes, recent surgeries etc.) should consult their doctor before commencing cycle training and inform the trainer before Session 1. Experative trainers will adapt sessions based on disclosed health information but are not medical professionals.
Experative may request permission to use photographs or testimonials from sessions for marketing purposes. This is always subject to explicit consent and clients have the right to decline without affecting the quality of service received.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
