When you contact Experative via WhatsApp, phone, or our website, we may collect your name, phone number, location (area in Mumbai), and information about the learner (age, any relevant health conditions mentioned for training purposes). We do not collect payment card information — all payments are by cash or UPI directly.
We use your information solely to: confirm and manage your cycle training booking, assign the most suitable trainer for your location, communicate session details and scheduling via WhatsApp, and follow up after sessions if needed. We do not use your information for any marketing without your consent.
When you contact us on WhatsApp (+91 91679 95966), your messages are processed through WhatsApp's platform. Please refer to WhatsApp's own privacy policy for information on how that platform handles data. We do not share your WhatsApp conversations with any third party.
We share your name, phone number, and location only with the assigned cycle trainer for the purpose of conducting your training session. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
We retain your contact information for up to 12 months after your last session to facilitate rebooking and follow-up. After this period, your information is deleted from our records. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
Our website may use Google Analytics to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate. This collects anonymous data about page visits and does not identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
