Privacy Policy and Data Notice

1. Who is responsible

Experative, a home cycle training service for kids, adults, women and senior citizens across Mumbai. Contact: hello@experative.in or WhatsApp +91 70219 52732.

2. What data we collect and why

• Name and phone number: to reply to you and manage your booking.
• Area in Mumbai and preferred time: to assign a trainer and schedule sessions.
• Learner age and height: to plan the class and advise on cycle size.
• Safety information you choose to share (for example a medical condition): only to keep the session safe. We do not ask for it.
• Photos and videos of sessions: only with written consent from the learner, or from the parent or guardian of a child.
• Website server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited): kept by our hosting provider for security.

We collect only what we need for these purposes. We do not collect payment card details; payments are by cash or UPI.

3. Consent and withdrawing it

You give consent by ticking the box on our enquiry form, or by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone to book. You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by messaging "withdraw consent" on WhatsApp or email. We will stop using your data, except where the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect what we did lawfully before.

4. Children (under 18)

If the learner is under 18, the enquiry must be made by a parent or guardian, and we process the child's data only with the parent or guardian's consent. We do not track children, build profiles of them, or show them targeted advertising. Photos and videos of children are published only with the parent or guardian's consent. If consent is withdrawn, we remove them from our website and aim to do so within 7 days.

5. Who we share data with

The trainer assigned to you (name, phone, area and learner age); WhatsApp (Meta) for messages; our website hosting provider; and Google (fonts, search and business profile). We do not sell your data. Some of these services may process data outside India.

6. How long we keep data

Up to 12 months after your last session or enquiry, then we delete it. Photos and videos stay until consent is withdrawn. You can ask us to delete your data earlier.

7. Security and breaches

Our website uses HTTPS and only people who need your data can access it. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

8. Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will first ask for your consent with an Accept or Reject choice.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Contact us using the details below.

10. Grievance Officer and data requests

Experative Grievance Officer: hello@experative.in | WhatsApp +91 70219 52732. We aim to reply within 7 days and in any case within 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
